Resolved HTTP ERROR 500 when trying to re-install

HI,

I'm trying to re install the component and modules. These have been uninstalled but when I attempt to upload and install it again but I get the following error: HTTP ERROR 500

Hello,

Which PHP version are you running? The installation now checks if you are on PHP 7.1 or higher.

Thanks. Can you tell me where to find the folders that need to be uploaded manually?

also, not sure if this helps .... 7.15 installed ok, I only get the 500 error when trying to install 7.16

Hello,

That sounds like the installation is not successful. That plugin is RO CSVI core and appears to be missing. Either install the package again or copy the folders manually so all files are in the correct location.

Got it installed.

When I try to create a new template I now get this error [Library path /plugins/csviaddon/csvi/com_csvi cannot be found]

Hello,

The 500 error unfortunately tells us nothing and so we have a dedicated article to the 500 error at 500 Internal Server Error.

Perhaps try again and see if it works then, if not, the server error log is the place to find out what the real error is.
