During import mistake
Status error: 500
Status message: Internal Server Error

Internal Server Error

It is not a component problem.

i think you are better knew your own component!!!
I know my component very well, that is why I know it is a server problem.

may be change any server settings? i don't know!!!
That is why we are asking for the error from the server error log.

may be i do wrong something in templates setting! i don't know!!!
It has nothing to do with that.

preview is oK!! but import is not work!!
That is comparing apples and pears.

Of course you can also move to a hosting company that does setup their servers correct or in case of a problem are willing to help.

Run the import and remember the time you ran the import. Ask the hosting company to check their server logs for a fatal error around the time you did the import. There must be something in the logs.

In the system info I see you are using CSVI 6.5.6, do an update of that first to 6.5.7. Also the VirtueMart addon needs to be update to 6.5.7. First the component and then the addon.

The PHP version 7.0.5 contains a known bug so can you check if you can update to 7.0.6 or go down to 7.0.4?

After those changes, let's see if the import runs. If not, we still need to get the error from the server log.

No need to change the PHP version, the error log has shown what the real error is. There are a few errors that need fixing.

This is the first thing you need to fix.

This is the error that shows you the 500 message. The reason for this is that there is a permission issue. See the error above. So start by fixing that and see how it goes.

This is not a programmers job !!!!!

Fixing the file permissions is a server issue !!!

/public_html/administrator/components" is writeable by group
Set the correct permissions here. It really is not a CSVI job to fix your file/folder permissions.

777 is really bad unless you want to get hacked. Folders are normally 755 and files 644. This is more an issue to solve with your hosting company than with CSVI.

i am set on folder 760, inside folders 755, files are 644

error 500 server error is dont apear
but process is not running

i only see start import in left area and processed lasteserverresponce - in center area, fields are empty!!!
