Resolved 500 Internal error how to fix?

Hello,
500 Internal server error wont tell us the actual error, the actual error can be taken from your server logs. In addition to that please have a look at the 500 Internal server error documentation and check if it helps.

You need to ask your hosting provider to get the server logs, this is explained in the 500 internal server error document which i linked in the other post.

The one you have sent is the access logs, which says there is a 303 error when you tried the import, see below, this error shows that your server is not able to complete the import request. The actual error will be in your server error logs, Can you get the error logs too?

You should have come to us before, not sure why you had to wait for one month. Also, this is something related to your server and not a CSVI problem.

Hello,
The error log is good enough to find the issue. You can see the error "Premature end of script headers", this happens for few reasons one is when your PHP version is very low but you have mentioned that you have PHP 5.5 which is good. One more reason could be server would have reached its limits and the maximum execution time being exceeded, in that case this should be increased. Ask your hosting provider to increase maximum execution time and see if it helps in import.

Go to the Manage timeouts article and set your Lines per import to 100. Save the template and run the import and see if it completes. If you still get the error, lower it to 10 and try again. Let us know how it goes.

Sorry to hear that your issue is not solved yet. But i dont think looking into your site is going to solve the issue because 500 internal server is problem the on your server. Did you discuss with your hosting people about this ""Premature end of script headers" error? what did they say?
