I don't know why you afre can't change it youself!It is not my job to fix your server. I told you long ago to check your file permissions.
hoster is good!!If it would be good you would not have the permission issues unless you changed them yourself.
I am try decide this problem by my self - if i have a problem a long time, i ask your help me!!Feel free to start a new topic for help with the import but make sure to include all necessary info as request at the top of this page under Looking for a useful answer? The debug log and sample file is a must.

import is work, hoster only change right on folder public_html/administrator/components and public_html/administrator/components/com_csvi.
I don't know why you afre can't change it youself! hoster is good!!
But import finished is bad!! I am try decide this problem by my self - if i have a problem a long time, i ask your help me!!

Ask your hosting company: What is the error in the server error log when I get a 500 Internal Server Error?
If they do not understand show them how you get the 500 error and tell them to check the log for errors.

better for you to say that problem on server, but you didn't tell name of problem!!It's not better for me because if I could solve your problem I would have done so already and would not have to deal with this issue anymore.
if you are tel me problem exactly and server cannot help me,I have told you exactly what the problem is but nobody seems to be listening.
You are got admin and server acces to my account, please try help me or say what can i do?It's not our business to manage your server, that is what your hosting company is for. That is why we need the real error from the server error log. Only if we have that we can move forward.

The two patches you are referring to, I have no clue what they are.

please give me moneyback and i try other component for import!!There is no refund. The problems you are facing are with your server not with CSVI. You should ask for a refund from your hosting company and find a real host. That your backend template changes during import is something I have not seen in the last 10 years and really tells us something is wrong with your server setup.

Yes i got your details and Thank you for sending it. I had a look at your site and did a quite a few imports. None of them went through, the strange error i saw was the backend template completely changing when import process was going on. This then stops the import process and server doesnt respond. I tried to disable few plugin which i thought could be the cause for the issue and tried import but no joy. I dont think i can help you anymore here as this is purely not a CSVI issue and it is the problem with your site.
Perhaps you can try the import by setting up a new clean site with just Joomla, Virtuemart and CSVI and build it from there. That way you can see import working.
