Resolved 500 Internal error how to fix?

During import mistake
Status error: 500
Status message: Internal Server Error

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@sakura4happy.ru and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

this is a big work!!! on long time!!!

i am turn of only plugin or module or component?

If need to turn of two plugin in one time?

then i spend my time and don't seach a problem!!

Hello Anton,
As Roland said in his post the problem can be because of your plugins. There could be some plugin in your site which is not letting Javascript load properly. You need to disable each of them and see what is causing the issue.

The analyzer can only do 1 thing and that is analyze. You need to upload your file and select Analyze. There is not more you can do with that.

Hello,

I don't understand how work analizator!
CSVI has the analyzer built-in under Maintenance. You don't need to use the separate one.

TypeError: jQuery(...).everyTime is not a function
This means you have a JavaScript error. The same question has been asked in this topic. That is one possible solution, the other is that you have other plugins doing things with JavaScript. With JavaScript if you have one issue, it stops everything else.

I don't understand how work analizator!

i am download csvi_anylizer 1.1 and i don't know how instal it!!

I am use google chrom! don't use firefox!!

Allready better!

i am set on folder 760, inside folders 755, files are 644

error 500 server error is dont apear
but process is not running

i only see start import in left area and processed lasteserverresponce - in center area, fields are empty!!!

please hel me to decide this problem!!

777 is really bad unless you want to get hacked. Folders are normally 755 and files 644. This is more an issue to solve with your hosting company than with CSVI.
