Resolved Update on CSVI 7.5.0 fails

When I try to update, I only get an "internal server error". The main programm was installed, but not the rest of the package. So I can not work with the program.

What can I do?

Hello,

I believe this issue is identified. If you are running PHP 5.6, an error will occur. Can you confirm you are running PHP 5.6?

I believe this issue is identified. If you are running PHP 5.6, an error will occur. Can you confirm you are running PHP 5.6?

Thank you for confirming. This means we found the root cause. The code worked fine on PHP 7 installations but not PHP 5.
