Resolved Received error for missing k2 file (route.php)

Hello!
I have bought RO CSVI and downloaded it. But when I try to access the Maintenance section I am receive the following error for missing file. I can't find the required file in the zip file that I have downloaded from RO CSVI. Can you help me with fixing it?

Yes. I have updated available fields like explained in Update available fields document but I can't see them in the template fields.

Hello,
I want to import products

Please check VirtueMart product import and VirtueMart product export documents.

I can't see the available fields in the Quick Add and in the Field name when I try to create fields.

May I know if you have updated available fields like explained in Update available fields document?

I have only this fields in the template fields:
combine
product_availability
product_available_date
product_in_stock
product_ordered
product_sku
skip

But there are pretty more in the available fields. But how can I get them?

Please check the document Adding template fields to add template fields to a template.

And how to work imoprt to VirtueMart and export from VirtueMart?

You did not specify which import and export operation you are using in VirtueMart. May I know those details so I can link you the document? You can also search for VirtueMart related documents on our website.

Yes, I have installed VirtueMart 4.2.6

I have RO CSVI Name - combine, product_availability, product_available_date, product_in_stock, product_ordered, product_sku, skip. But the problem is that I don't see them in template fields as an option

What do you see when you run the update of the available fields? You should see all the VirtueMart tables come by. You do have VirtueMart installed right?

Hello,

You mean VirtueMart fields specifically or the full list? The demo site has more extensions installed and as such will also have a lot more fields in total.

The option to set if it is a price field will only show up for export fields not for import fields.

The demo site has RO CSVI 8.10.0 indeed.

In the demo also has option to choose if the field is price or not but in mine version there isn't such an option

Thank you! So now everything must work properly, right? But I see one more difference between my setup and the demo setup. The demo version is 8.10.0, right?
The difference is in that the demo has much more field names from which I can choose. On what it depends?

Hi,

That error is not really an error but more to warn you that the list of available fields is not complete, so you may not be able to export/import certain fields. In this case, just go to the Available Fields page and click on Update. The list should then be filled.

Thank you! It has helped. I have one last error. Maybe I need to set the fields manually?

The displayed error is: The list of available fields is out-of-date for extension com_virtuemart. Update the list to ensure you have all fields available.

Hello,

The error means that K2 is not installed on the website. Is K2 installed? If so, which version are you running?

This code is called when trying to build a SEF URL, so if you have any _url fields, removing them should also work around the issue.

If you are not using K2 at all, you can uninstall the RO CSVI K2 plugin. That will also resolve the error.
