I have the exact issue (not fixed by using Edge). My dev environment has no issue, my host throws the error:

"No valid run ID has been found. This can happen when no template has been chosen to export."


I exported my templates from host (production) to dev. Dev executed w/o issue.
I ran a file with 5 lines.

Php: 7.3.9
Joomla: 3.9.12
CSVI: 7.14.0

The fact that it works in my local dev and not on the host makes me feel like theres an issue with php config? Not sure.

I have attached my HOST (production) php_info + the templates used during test.

Made this as a new post so we do not reply for already solved issue.

The fact that it works in my local dev and not on the host makes me feel like theres an issue with php config? Not sure.

Is your dev site exactly same as your production site? if not i am thinking there could be some plugin interfering with RO CSVI export. You can check if you have any of the plugins listed in the document Conflict with plugins are installed on your site. You can try disabling them and see if export works.
