now it was no longer working

Thanks for the feedback, this case is derived from the "csvi" component that it uses to import the items, below is the specific error in the logs:

Did you update your CSVI addons? can you try updating your CSVI addons to latest version? If you still see the 500 error whats the error you see in your server logs? Can you post that too?
