Hi Tharuna I have this problam to impose the productions I attach you the log files can give me a hand thanks francesco

now it was no longer working

An error has occured during the import. Below the information received from the server.
Status error: 500

Explanation: This error means that something has gone wrong but the server does not want to tell you what exactly happened. The only way to find out is to ask your hosting provider for the error message in the error log. For further information you can check the 500 Internal Server Error document on our site. Without the real error we will not be able to help you.

Status message: Internal Server Error


Thanks for the feedback, this case is derived from the "csvi" component that it uses to import the items, below is the specific error in the logs:

Hello,
Did you update your CSVI addons? can you try updating your CSVI addons to latest version? If you still see the 500 error whats the error you see in your server logs? Can you post that too?

Hello Francesco,
You need to update your CSVI to 7.3.0 version as that is the latest version. There was a issue with CSVI 7.0.0 and Joomla 3.8 version which has been fixed with CSVI 7.3.0 version. Make sure that your update your CSVI addons to latest version as well. Let us know if it solves your import issue after that.

Hello Francesco,

I am sure CSVI runs on Joomla 3.8.2 because I run all my sites on Joomla 3.8.2. You have the same problem on both sites? Can you e-mail me Joomla and FTP login details so I can check?

hello Tharuna I have two sites with your component and after updating joomla 3.8.2
I had this problem before everything worked out
are you sure your version supports joomla 3.8.2?

We would suggest you to re install your Joomla 3.8.2 version by running an update from Administrator Menu >> Components >> Joomla update.

This is not an error but a query to get records from database table.

yes the file exists but the version joomla 3.8.2 ok? is supported csv improved?

Yes CSVI supports Joomla version 3.8.2. If the file exists whats the error you see on import?

the file is this I changed the extension to send it trmite forum but on the site the extension is right now

The extension of the file should be .php and not .txt. So your file should be WebApplication.php and not WebApplication.txt.
