now it was no longer working

An error has occured during the import. Below the information received from the server.
Status error: 500

Explanation: This error means that something has gone wrong but the server does not want to tell you what exactly happened. The only way to find out is to ask your hosting provider for the error message in the error log. For further information you can check the 500 Internal Server Error document on our site. Without the real error we will not be able to help you.

Status message: Internal Server Error

Thanks for the feedback, this case is derived from the "csvi" component that it uses to import the items, below is the specific error in the logs:

[Wed Nov 29 12: 00: 15.237888 2017] [fcgid: warn] [hold 23556: tid 47745934075648] [client 79.8.128.45:59516] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Class 'JApplicationWeb' not found in / home / uw281xon /domains/http://toyscentershop.it/public_html/administrator/components/com_csvi/rantai/rantai.php on line 50, referer: https://www.toyscentershop.it/administrator/index.php?option=com_csvi&view=import

The advice in this case is to check out and consult the official extension forum available at the following link:

I remain at your disposal for further clarification

Hello,
Which Joomla version are you using? The error you posted says that one of the Joomla core file is missing from your Joomla installation. Did your Joomla installation go without any errors? Are you able to access other pages on your webpage without errors?
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello Francesco,

Tharuna asked a few more questions than just your Joomla version. Can you answer the other questions as well?

The system can't find the class "JApplicationWeb", which should have been included in the lines prior to the error. Specifically this line does that
// Import the JApplicationWeb class from the platform.
jimport('joomla.application.web');

I know this is very technical but basically what it says is to get the file WebApplication.php from the folder libraries/src/Application/. Does that file exist?
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello Francesco,
Yes, you can check it through FTP in the location libraries/src/Application/ and see if you have the file WebApplication.php. You still did not answer our question that if you see error in other pages on your website or not?
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
.WebApplication.php.swp

hello the file has a point forward, hop tried to take the point off but does not work it can be the version of joomla 3.8.2 incompatible?

Not only the point at the front but the extension .swp is also wrong. Not sure how you got it in there but the filename should be just WebApplication.php. It is not compatible issue but that you are having wrong filename which cannot be identified.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello Francis,
Please read my reply in the previous post. It is not only the point in front of the file but also .swp extension at the end, you need to remove that as well. CSVI log files wont help to solve the issue as the problem is with your Joomla core files and not with CSVI installation.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

This is not an error but a query to get records from database table.

yes the file exists but the version joomla 3.8.2 ok? is supported csv improved?

Yes CSVI supports Joomla version 3.8.2. If the file exists whats the error you see on import?

the file is this I changed the extension to send it trmite forum but on the site the extension is right now

The extension of the file should be .php and not .txt. So your file should be WebApplication.php and not WebApplication.txt.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello Francesco,

I am sure CSVI runs on Joomla 3.8.2 because I run all my sites on Joomla 3.8.2. You have the same problem on both sites? Can you e-mail me Joomla and FTP login details so I can check?
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello Francesco,
You need to update your CSVI to 7.3.0 version as that is the latest version. There was a issue with CSVI 7.0.0 and Joomla 3.8 version which has been fixed with CSVI 7.3.0 version. Make sure that your update your CSVI addons to latest version as well. Let us know if it solves your import issue after that.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
