Hello,

I created a new customer custom field, the shipping field is not exporting.
In the template fields I see only the one I created, the shipping_field and billing_field is not showing.

How can I solve this?

Hello Davide,
The patch for Shopper fields in Order advanced export is ready and is attached here. You need to do the below

1. Load the attached patch file
2. Update your available fields.
3. Add shipping_ civico and billing_ civico to your template fields.
4. Run the export.

Is the customer custom field actually in the order_userinfos table? We build the list of available fields with shipping_ and billing_ based on that table.

yes, but I don't see them when I have to add the fields to template, I see just "civico", the others not.

This sounds almost like some browser caching. Look at the screenshot, I added the civico field as well, updated the available fields and then I can choose them for adding to the template.

Actually it doesn't make sense to me that you see the fields in the list of available fields but not in the popup. Which template type have you used for this export?

this is very strage.
I'm using "Order Advanced".

Now, thinking to the past, I remembered I had a similar problem and Tharuna resolved it, I just found the forum post:

If I will use this patch, it will be working or it's a patch for an old version of csvi?

Hello Davide,

The patch is already included in this release. It has to do with your template type. The patch is only for the regular order export as I can see the same issue as you with the order advanced. When I choose Order Advanced I also only see the civico field.

I will get tharuna to provide a patch for the Order Advanced as well on Monday, we will include this in the next release.
