Import multiple Images or set a rule #67750

Hello Elisa,

I need to migrate some articles from Wordpress to Joomla. The image field is set up like that in wp image1.jpg|image2.jpg|image3.jpg
I would like to import the first image into the intro image field - is there a rule I can set to import everything before the pipe?

You need to use RO CSVI Multi replace rule and set a regular expression to read only the first image. See attached screenshot. The regex used in rule is copied below.

/^([^|]+)(|.*)$/

And I would like to import all images into a repeatable custom field named "Bilder" how can I import that?

Have a look at Joomla custom fields import document. This document explains on how to import into repeatable custom field.

Searching with repeatable text does not list the document but when i search for custom field, the document is listed as the third in the list. You can check the list here.

Now gladly through your support I have the right ressources. It was more a feedback about the site search here that seems not to work :-)
