Hello,
We do not have a specific operation to export user in K2. In K2 item table created_by is the field which holds the user ID of the author. This is the Joomla user table ID which means the author is already a Joomla user. May i know why you want to import the users as Joomla users again?

Hello,
Keeping the same ID is not possible with Joomla users import but you can do that with RO CSVI Custom table import. In custom import template on Options tab set Custom table as Users table, Import based on as email and save the template. See attached screenshot. That should create Joomla users with same ID as in import file.

Hello,
The information collected by the profile plugin is stored in a separate table called user_profiles. This is a table not supported by RO CSVI, we support the custom fields instead. Not all is lost To move this data from one site to another site, you can use the RO CSVI Custom table export to export the data from the source site and RO CSVI Custom table import to import the data into the target website. You will need to use all 4 columns for export and import.

Hello,
You are not doing anything wrong. We show only the database table field of type int in the drop down list. That is because most of the integer fields are ID fields and joining tables using ID fields is more effective than with text fields. In your case you will join the tables using user_id field. See attached screenshot.
i didn't have same option and display

ok i try it, export is great but import doesn't works
i update avaiable list but nothing more
in attached , file for import + template
thanks
Unsupported Failure These fields have been found but are not supported by RO CSVI:
ordering
profile_key
profile_value
user_id
Either these fields do not exist in your system, or the list of available fields need to be updated. Update the list to ensure you have all fields available.

Hello,
Import did not work because the table user_profiles is supported with Joomla users import. You can import to user_profiles table using RO CSVI custom table import. But remember this table has multiple rows with same user_ids so you need to set import based on field to user_id and profile_key. See attached screenshot. Based on user_id and profile_key values in import file, RO CSVI will find the existing row. If row does not exist then profile_value will be inserted else row will be updated.

Hello,
Forgot to mention that with RO CSVI Custom table import you can import into only table. So with your export file you can do two imports
1. Import the fields of Joomla users table using Joomla Users import template.
2. Import the fields of user_profiles table using RO CSVI custom table import and the rest of the fields can be set to Skip template field in import template.
You can use the same export file for both of these imports. Just set the fields which are not supported in the import to skip template field .

Hello,
The attached template has HTML content and not the actual XML content needed for template so not able to check your template settings. Please backup the template again and send it. You can also send me a screenshot of Options tab of export template to check on your table settings.

Hello,
Now i understand what has happened. You should be having two custom table export templates one with users table and other with user_profiles table. With custom tables import/export we list all the fields of selected tables in custom table template. You should be seeing user_id, profile_key and profile_value fields along with Users table fields. You can select only user_id, profile_key and profile_value for user_profile custom table export and run the export.

Hello,
Seems like you did not set the Import Based on field in your import template. I sent a screenshot on how to set these fields in my previous reply. Attaching it here again.
