Hello,

Yes you can once you are logged in. You can also start the update process in CSVI and it downloads the .gzip files, you can unpack them manually and upload them to the tmp/com_csvi folder. The files there have no extension. So the files are called icecat_index and icecat_supplier.
Kind regards,

Hello,
Make sure your ICEcat username and password are correct. If you still see the error, try downloading files manually and place it in the folder specified in the ICECat indexes path and CSVI will load the index file from there. The file can be in the format of .zip, .gz or unpacked.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
Check the ICEcat index path, by default it is inside tmp/com_csvi, check if you already have ICECat files in it. If yes, try deleting them and do the import again.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
