Thank you, that did solve the problem. Now i am trying to import products using icecat, i've followed the steps that are mentionned on the tutoriel i've set up the username password and all necessary informations, but once i try to load the index files via the Maintenance tab i get the error mentionned on my screenshot, will you please tell me it's due to what?

Yes, it was the icecat that was blocking the access. now i have access to products but not to all products on my catalogue. in addition to that today i wanted to test the import and it gave me this error message " Table vnkr_virtuemart_products_ has not been found. Check your database to see if the table exists " on my database schema the table is named vnkr_virtuemart_products.

now i have access to products but not to all products on my catalogue.
You can check the logs if CSVI can find your product. If the manufacturer and MPN are not found, ICEcat details won't be loaded.

on my database schema the table is named vnkr_virtuemart_products
It is not talking about the products main table but the table products language table. The message you see means that no language is chosen in your template. Edit your template and on the Options tab select the language for which you are importing.

Hello,

Blank means an error but you don't have error reporting turned on. Go to System -> Global configuration -> Server -> Error Reporting and set it to Maximum and save the settings.

Go to CSVI and see if it loads and what message you get.

Hello,

Your installation is broken. Somehow Akeeba Strapper is no longer present on your system. Please install CSVI again (just over the existing one) to have Akeeba Strapper installed again. You should be able to see if it is installed by looking in the media folder where there is a folder named akeeba_strapper.
