If you select Load from server option, do you see path set in the Load from server field. If yes, then can you remove it and then try the import? If you still have issue, can you post your template XML to check? To get template XML file go to CSVI maintenance page, Select CSVI Pro on first option and Backup template on second option. Select your template and click continue. Download the XML file and post it.

Please check if your given file path is a valid one. You can also use Test Path button on Source tab where you have set your file path in import template settings.
