Hello. Me again.
I created and configured the import template.
Created a menu item.
The import was successful.
After some time, re-running the import via the menu item causes an error:

An error has occured during the import. Below the information received from the server.

Status error: 500
Status message: Internal Server Error
Error: Could not find template "isis".: Call to a member function load() on bool

Moreover, if I am on the template page on the second browser tab, this error does not occur and the import is successful. It is not clear why the component is looking for the ISSIS template.

Ошибка возникает как на моем шаблоне так и на стандартном шаблоне ISTRAXX.
The error occurs both on my template and on the standard ISTRAXX template.

Hello,
I did a fix in code for Google sheets and loaded the patch file on your site. Now the error with Google sheet import is gone. Please test the import on your site and let me know.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
To be honest, I am surprised by the fact that there are children's products. I created the products in the standard VM way.
And where the children came from is a mystery to me.

Yes and that happens when a translation language is set in VirtueMart.

I saw that you made changes to the template.
and the import is made from a file located on the server. In this case, there are no problems with importing from the backend.

Correct, i wanted to test if setting to another source gets the same error or not.

IMPORT from googlesheet - regularly ends with an error

Thats correct, import from Google sheets ends up with an error. I am finding out the cause for the error with Google sheet import on frontend.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

However, when importing from an external server - for example, Google Tables-the import fails.

now the test site has two menu items:
1) IMPORT from googlesheet
2) IMPORT from the server

Hello Vladimir,
Thank you for posting the site details. I was testing the import and was able to see the error a few times and most of the times import finishes without an error. The first thing i found with import in your site is that the products in VirtueMart don't show correct. See the attached screenshots. It shows 4 children for all products when there is no child products at all. Next thing i see is the ID as 0 for all the 4 products. I clicked on the product to see the details but it shows empty. So i cleaned VirtueMart database using RO CSVI maintenance option. Ran the import again from backend. Checking RO CSVI import debug log shows all 4 products are inserted to English language table and that is because English is the language set in import template. Database also shows the products are in English language table. I am not sure if it is an issue with VirtueMart 3.8.8 version in not loading translation product details.

Then i changed the language to Russian in import template and ran the import. The products are imported to Russian language table and products show correct in VirtueMart. Attached screenshot of that too. In both of these cases with import, i was not able to reproduce the error again on frontend. Since the error happens only sometimes, i am going to keep watching the frontend import so to see if setting up language in template to Russian makes any difference with the error. Would request you to also to test this and let me know if you can see the error again.

Does that mean the import goes good at first and then with next imports you see the error or import takes so long and then throws the error without finishing?

Hello.
Yes. Several imports go well, and the next ones fail.

Hello Vladimir,
The import from the backend passes without problems. The import from the frontend is also easy at first. after half an hour, it returns an error. If you click on the link now, an error will occur.

Hello. I created a test site. I took the latest version of VM3 https://dev.virtuemart.net/attachments/1280/VirtueMart3.8.8_Joomla_3.9.24-Stable-Full_Package.zip.
Created the /IMPORT CSVI / menu item.

Follow this link to the import file. Access is shared.

But if you go to the backend in the import template, the error from the frontend disappears.

Hey Vladimir,

I do not think you need a clean site, but I would like to see a new debug log. The one in the first post only has 1 line in it. Do you have a newer log?
Kind regards,

RolandD

I will create a test site with a clean jumla and virtumart. I'll try to import it. If the error persists, I will give you access. so that you can see it, too.

Hello,
The error is only in the frontend.

Since you are saying error is only on frontend and not on backend there is no problem with the import itself. Something is stopping the import on frontend on your site.

Few things to check

1. Do you have htaccess enabled on your site? Is it the default one which comes with Joomla installation?
2. Do you have Security plugins like Admin tools installed on site? If so check if that is stopping RO CSVI import.
3. Check if other import or export templates works on frontend.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
The import file you attached, did you try to import it from backend? Did import work for you?

When i run the import from backend i am seeing an error that "No supported fields have been found in the import file". See attached screenshot from import preview page.

Saving file as CSV and import preview page loads without a problem(See attached screenshot). Import goes fine from frontend too.
