Resolved 0 Table template not supported. File not found

Hi..Tharuna and Roland

I have been trying to load the latest version but was getting an error 500 Library path /libraries/Rocloud/src cannot be found.

I tried to roll back to an older version but kept getting 0 Table template not supported. File not found.

I am on Joomla version 3.10.6

I subsequently uninstalled version 8 and tried version 7.19.1 Once again got the 0 Table template not supported. File not found.

Can you advise to a possible solution please

I have rolled back to before any changes and cannot even access the control panel to try load your patch

Hello Tony,
Please remove RO CSVI as explained in Uninstall RO CSVI document and then install RO CSVI 8.2.0 version. See if that solves the issues.

Hello,
By removing current RO CSVI installation and its tables you will also be losing the templates and settings. So please make a backup before cleaning the installation.

By templates I presume you mean the import etc I have been using?

Correct. By removing RO CSVI tables you will lose the templates you have been using for import.
