Hello everything is fine?
I'm looking for a component that helps with the process of migrating k2 items to joomla content. And I believe I found this solution in your application.

But first I have some questions:

1 - To what extent can I do this? RO CSVI - K2 or RO CSVI?
2 - Is the migration process easy? Can any user do this?
3 - Do you have a step by step to carry out this migration?
4 - Do the articles that are migrated already come with the images?

Hello,
I'm looking for a component that helps with the process of migrating k2 items to joomla content. And I believe I found this solution in your application.

Yes using RO CSVI you can migrate K2 categories and items to Joomla categories and Joomla articles.

1 - To what extent can I do this? RO CSVI - K2 or RO CSVI?

I did not follow your question here. If you are asking about the extensions to be installed then you need RO CSVI core package with RO CSVI - K2 addon. Subscription includes RO CSVI core package with supported extensions as addon packages.

2 - Is the migration process easy? Can any user do this?

Migration process is easy and can be done by any user by using right templates. RO CSVI comes with few standard migration templates for K2 to do the migration process. Using these migration templates you need to export the categories and items from K2 and import it to Joomla categories and Joomla articles using Joomla categories import template and Joomla content import template.

3 - Do you have a step by step to carry out this migration?

There is no specific document for K2 to Joomla migration but as mentioned using migration templates you can easily migrate K2 data to Joomla.

4 - Do the articles that are migrated already come with the images?

Images are migrated using fields image_intro and image_fulltext. Migration template comes with these fields too. Check I want to import articles with images document on how the image processing happens with Joomla content import.

Let me know if you have any more questions.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
