Resolved Several errors RSform --> Notice: Undefined variable: date in form.php on line 129

Hello,

Several language strings are not being loaded in the administrator. (see screenshot)

I am thinking you may have some old language files that are being used. Can you check the folder administrator/languages/nl-NL/ and see if there are any files with the name jdidealgateway in them? If there are, they can be deleted. Joomla should be using the language files supplied with the plugin after that.

When I enter the payment page /component/jdidealgateway/?view=checkout I get an error

A notice is not really an error but rather to inform you something is not completely right. This notice has been fixed in the next release. On a production site you shouldn't have error reporting on, in that case it won't be seen. We are almost done with the new release, so that will solve that notice.

And the RSform emails are not being sent to the user and administrator. When I delete the RO Payments formfields the form is sending emails.

This completely depends on how the form is setup. If you are using the RSForm Payment package there may be a conflict. RO Payments doesn't actually send the emails itself, only tells RSForm to postpone them if you set them to Yes. Since you have set them to No, I don't see a reason why the emails are not sent.

If you have the RSForm Payment package installed, turn off the plugin and see if the emails are being send in that case.

It is still not sending emails. I don't use the payment package plugin. I found a mail conversation we had back in 2017 (08th of April 09:58) where you tell me you changed something to the files in ftp.... not sure if that has to do with it... ( I can resend it if you want to)

You don't want to know how many people do not update

Thank you for the log and as we can see RO Payments is triggering the email sending but it only does that if the RSFormPro Payment Package plugin is not enabled. You don't use the Payment Package but is the plugin enabled on the site? That to me is the only reason why the email sending is not activated.

i don't use it, and I have never installed it. Should I install and disable it?

I have entered the administrator details so you can check yourself.

I have copied all the fields to a new form... and it is working again... so... don't ask me how... why ...

lets close this issue asap and never talk about it again...
