Resolved JDiDeal Error

Hi,

Using ROPayments and ROPayments hikashop, I would like to access the dashboard of ROPayments. However I receive this error: (see jdideal_error.png).
How can I resolve this issue?

On another note, I have tried deleting the content of jdidealgateway_logs in the database as I have had this error before. But doing this didn't help.

These are the versions of the cms, plugin, etc:

Joomla version: 3.9.22
ROPayments version: 6.1.1
ROPayments Hikashop version: 6.1.1

Hello Damian,

This is pretty odd, I could not reproduce it all until I setup a clean site. What you can do is the following:

  1. Open an (S)FTP connection to your server
  2. Go to the folder administrator/components/com_jdidealgateway
  3. Open the file jdidealgateway.php
  4. Change line 35 to read

    5. 
JLoader::registerNamespace('Jdideal', JPATH_LIBRARIES);

  5. Save the file
  6. Check if you can access the dashboard page now

Hello Damian,

Can you check if the folder libraries/Jdideal/Addons exist? if so, check there are 2 files there. This error means that Joomla cannot find that folder and the file Addon.php in it.

The folder and files exist. What else can cause the problem?

It seems that changing line 35 in jdidealgateway.php the solution was that I needed it works perfectly now, thank you very much for your help.
