Resolved You do not have permission to access this document

When I want to import a file, I get this, but what permissions are we talking here?

An error has occured during the import. Below the information received from the server.
Status error: 403
Status message: error
Forbidden
You do not have permission to access this document.

I remember I had this error on another site: https://rolandd.com/support/ro-csvi/you-do-not-have-permission-to-access-this-document - but I don't find any where to whitelist an internal URL in Admin Tools?

Hello,
Then check .htaccess file. You can try and use default .htaccess file which comes with Joomla installation and see if the error is gone. There is a possibility to see this error If you have customised .htaccess file.

but I don't find any where to whitelist an internal URL in Admin Tools?

I think this question should be posted on Admin tools forum. They will be able to help you on how to whitelist a URL. From what I remember there is a view in Admin tools for whitelist pages. You can find it from Dashboard page as well.

Meanwhile I have tried to disable Admin Tools + uninstall, but I still seeing the BLOCKED message - so I assume Admin Tools isn't the bad guy?
