Hi,
I hope you will be fine and good.
I purchase the CSVI Pro Extension from here few days ago.
I install it in my joomla cms.
I want to upload the Virtuemart products from my CSV file.
I also create the template in CSVI.
When I import file and click on Perview, I get this error.

Notice: Undefined property: CsviViewImportsource::$template in /home/websiterdesigner/public_html/administrator/components/com_csvi/views/importsource/tmpl/default.php on line 24

Fatal error: Call to a member function getName() on a non-object in /home/websiterdesigner/public_html/administrator/components/com_csvi/views/importsource/tmpl/default.php on line 24

See attachment.
My CVS file also included in attachment.

Please tell me solution of this as soon as possible.
I am waiting for your kind reply.

Hello,
Your versions looks good. I somehow feel that your installation has not gone good. There seems to be a missing file which is the cause for the error. Do you see file at the location /administrator/components/com_csvi/helper/template.php? If no, can you try to install CSVI again?
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,

The error you see is because no template has been loaded. You shouldn't get this error when you click Preview because the file that gives you the error is not even the preview file. Just to be clear, you have not seen the preview yet?

Can you update your Joomla version as well to 3.6.5? This is the current stable release and also recommended due to security fixes.
Kind regards,

RolandD
