Good morning,
I have been using your tool for linking with ERP applications with Virtuemart for several years. In its day I demanded you, apart from the examples that have helped me a lot, something already done for the Export/Import of all the VIRTUEMART to another site or simply when it is necessary to change the template of the site. So far I am managing in a handmade way between copies of tables and others, but it is still laborious in many ways. I have seen some migration plugins but for versions prior to the current one (and at joomla level with part of virtuemart ).
I have tried to export all the tables of virtuemart and import them into another empty virtuemart, but images, table id's, etc, give a lot of problems and adjustments.
The question is if you have any "example" or tool to make a copy of virtuemart total to another template ( we are talking about the same version of virtuemart ).
I wait for your clarifications.
Thank you very much.

Hello,
With RO CSVI you cannot move all data at once, you can create individual templates, run export on your old site and import it to new site. If you want to avoid the export, you can use Load from Database option in RO CSVI Source tab and move content directly from database table. But again with this option you can only import content from one table at a time.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
You didn't understand me, when I talk about templates I'm not talking about ROCSVI templates but about Joomla templates with Virtuemart already configured and empty.
What I was asking you is that if I have a new and empty site if I can export and then import ONLY VIRTUEMART to the new site.
With the RO CSVI Maintenance option I have seen the Virtuemart and Backup database option, the question is if with this option I would import Virtuemart data (including users) to the new site?
What I don't know is if it copies the ID as well, which could be a problem.

Thanks

Backup database option is to only backup VirtueMart tables data into a .sql file. It does not import data to new site. You can download the .sql file and import it to new site database using PhpMyAdmin.
Kind regards,
