Hello,

I would like to export some products from Virtuemart and import them to my another website. I would like to select only one manufacturer but it is not possible to select it. Under Manufacturer is only option "All Manufacturers" - see attached file.

Can you please advise ?

Hi Tharuna,

sorry to bother you again, have an issue with importing related products, I have used field related_products in export file, also in import file, but products are missing. I have deleted related_products field from Import, but no change. I can see related products (sku numbers listed in file (preview) ... see attached, products with those sku numbers are also imported.

Any idea what is wrong ?

Are you asking why you see the related_products in the preview? If you want us to check why related_products are not importing, please post the debug log for us to check.

Hello Daniel,
You can Skip import of specific records using RO CSVI Skip rule plugin. This rule needs a specific value in records so that RO CSVI can identify the row with that value and Skip it on import. Do you have any such field value in your export file?

Hello Daniel,
As per the debug log, related products are not processed. In your database look for #__virtuemart_customs (#_ replaced by table prefix) table and in that check the value of virtuemart_vendor_id field for related products record. It should be set to 0. In some cases the value is 1 and that would cause trouble in updating related products. Let me know if that helps.

If you still have problem please post screenshot of related products row from #__virtuemart_customs table.
