Resolved User export error

Good day
I am getting the following export error -
Error
Unknown column 'action' in 'field list' SQL=SELECT `settings`,`action` FROM `#__csvi_templates` WHERE `csvi_template_id` = 0

Please view attachment of setting.
I did follow your online tutorial.

Hello,
It looks like you still have some leftovers from your old CSVI installation. Can you remove the CSVI installation using Joomla extension manager and remove tables starting with #__csvi from your database manually and then do a fresh install?

Good day
I did remove the installation as per tutorial.

Now on installation I get the following error.

Table 'joomlafa_bbbold.#__csvi_templates' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT `csvi_template_id`,`settings` FROM `#__csvi_templates`
Package Update: There was an error installing an extension: com_csvi_7.2.3_pro.zip

Hello,

This error seems that you have a corrupt installation. The action should be a field in your database table. You can try to do a clean installation as explained in the Uninstall CSVI using the maintenance option. After that do a clean installation, perhaps your issue with the mysql versus mysqli was a problem.
