The screenshot is unreadable but if you say it is empty, all should be good. So when you do the installation of the CSVI Pro package now, what happens? Do you get a succesfull installation message?

Almost right, you have only 25 rows per page and CSVI will be on the last page. So easiest is to set Number of Rows to 250 and then you can filter.

Ok, it is a little bit messed up I think. Do the following:

1. Open the database using PhpMyAdmin
2. Go to the table #__extensions
3. Search for field element to have the value com_csvi
4. If you find one, you can delete it.
5. Now install CSVI again

That should allow you to install a clean version of CSVI. Let me know how it goes.

No worries, I think you checked all entries and deleted them. You only need to delete the Package entry which will then delete all other things. Can you run the delete on the CSVI Site Page row and see if that cleans it all up?

In your second screenshot the search string you have in the search filter is wrong, it should be CSVI. Can you search the right string and see if you have any installations left?

I still don't think that all your CSVI files have been removed. Can you try again uninstalling CSVI from Joomla extension manager? After thats done can you also check if folders administrator/components/com_csvi and components/com_csvi folders have been removed?

I delete all the tables in the database and use Joomla as well to uninstall...
