Updates doen'ts work. I have filled my ID, but i get the following errormessage;:
Download package failed. Download it and install it manually

Hello,
Your screenshot also shows there is a 403 error when connecting to server. Usually this error occurs when you are forbidden to access a page. Check if you have entered correct download ID.

Can you also try to reload the Joomla Update? Click Clear cache button first and then Find update. See if update works after that.

It is very frustrated: the automatically update doesn't work, while I filled in my ID, which is in the subscription, at the field ID, see attachment1. 2.JPG 1.JPG

To do it manually is frustrated, it costs a lot of time, beacause I have to look and look if I have all the updates.

The second thing: while I have updates all the addons, I get an error message, see attechment2 . If I look at update... find updates, there are no updates which I have to update.

Third thing: An export file is not complete; one field stays empty, while the configuration is ok. At a subsite I have the same configuration and there it is not empty.

The fourth thing: it is very frustrating for me that the help only is in English. For me that is very difficult. And I now there are people who talk Dutch...............
Tomorrow I need this function to work.

If you update your download ID and run a Joomla update for CSVI, it does not update for you?

Yes, if the addons are outdated, CSVI shows this message so users can update the addons to latest version. Can you post a screenshot on what you see in update manager?

Can you tell us which field it is and also post the export debug log? To get the debug log check How to get debug information? document. Does the field have values stored in database?

Tomorrow I need this function to work.

Our forum uses English as primary language and so support is in English. Also, the issues which are discussed can be useful for users coming in future and its easy to understand if its in English.

No problem, I meant if your CSVI is not up to date.

Not sure why the link does not work for you but it does work for me. Go to Extensions >> Manage >> Manage, click on Search tools and select folder filter to be CSVIaddon. Can you post the screenshot of the page? That will tell us which extensions are outdated and the version running.

I am sorry. I do not understand what you mean. Th =e big problem is that you don't speak Dutch and I do speak english but not technical English..................... I know Roland is a Dutchman. I should appreciate it, if someone who speaks Dutch, can solve my problem. It is very irritatimng, that I have to update it manually every time.
I bought this programme, and it shoulkd be correctly if I could get an answer, which can solve my problem.
