Hello, everything worked without problems before, but now, for some unknown reason, part of the text, namely the description of the material, is exported with the wrong encoding. I can't find the cause of this problem.

Hello,
Check how the description is saved in database. RO CSVI exports values as saved in database so I am guessing description is saved with wrong encoding in database and that is read is export.

How was the Descriptions added? Were they added manually or by import?
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hi Andrey,

RO CSVI does not set any specific encoding but Joomla uses UTF-8 for everything. Just thinking, isn't the program that you are reading the file guessing the wrong encoding? Usually in editors you can select which encoding a file should be read in. That is something you can check as well.
Kind regards,
