Hello,
I have a question.
Can I select specific articles and export them to other specific websites, and also import only the selected articles?

Hello,
With Joomla content export template you can export articles from specific category using Category filter on Options tab if that helps.

Another way is to use RO CSVI Skip rule to skip records on import and export based on any specific value.
