Resolved SPAN tag into Product Name - Hikashop variants

Dear support,
I have a template to export Hikashop orders, with the purchased products details.

Everything is working fine, for the exception of "order_product_name" or "product_name" columns that return a bad result on products with variants.
My CSV looks something like this:
Spring 2025 Ticket <span class="hikashop_product_variant_subname">: 11th of May</span>
Spring 2025 Ticket <span class="hikashop_product_variant_subname">: 10th of May</span>

Could you release an update to remove the tags?

Hello Lorenzo,
You can use RO CSVI Multireplace rule with regular expression to remove HTML tags. Read Remove HTML tags on export document to create the rule. Apply the rule on order_product_name or product_name field whichever you are using and run the export. See how that goes.
