Hallo. I would like to ask you if it possible to add to all my products a second price that is related to a specific shoppergroup that i have created. So I want a product to have two prices on for everyone and the other for a specific shopper group and specific tax.

Hello,
Yes, you can add multiple prices to your product using VirtueMart Prices import template. Using shopper_group_name field you can add specific shopper group for a price.
