Hi,

I found a problem with the RO CSVI addon listed for J2Commerce. :D
The downloaded plugin is still named plg_csviaddon_j2store and it refers to old J2Store database tables. For example, when using it in the backend, I get: Table '#__j2store_addresses' doesn't exist...
So either the addon is incorrectly listed as J2Commerce-compatible, or the package/download is wrong. ;)

kind regards,
Chris

Hi Chris,

There is no problem to be found ;)

The downloaded plugin is still named plg_csviaddon_j2store and it refers to old J2Store database tables.
That is not entirely correct, this also applies to J2Commerce 4 which is based on J2Store. In that version they use the J2Store tables and the extension is called J2Commerce. Hence we changed the name at the time they did.

So either the addon is incorrectly listed as J2Commerce-compatible, or the package/download is wrong.
That depends on which version you refer to. Our plugin was released before J2Commerce 6 was released.

Our next release, on June 30th, will feature a plg_csviaddon_j2commerce addon that is build for J2Commerce 6, which can then be used for your imports and exports.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Now I understand everything...
If the addon for the latest J2Commerce component is really planned for the end of June, then I can only appreciate that. ?
That would make testing J2Commerce much more realistic.
At the same time, I have to admit that while testing J2Commerce, I already start to miss some features that are available in more mature components like HikaShop. :)

Kind regards,
Chris
