Resolved related product not always working.

Hi,

I have imported all the products (as file name "upload v4.csv";)however there is "brother" products which related product show nothing but " image unavailable". it seems like the related product has not been link cause when i clicked it , nothing happen. I also attached the debug information as well. not sure what i done wrong.

Joomla version :3.7.2
CSVI version :7.2.3

Hello,
There is nothing wrong with your import file, it gets imported fine with related products when i run it on my test site. Can you check and confirm your #__virtuemart_customs table and see if you have row for related products with field_type as R? Please post a screenshot on the rows you see in this table.

Hello,
Your screenshots helped, if you see the virtuemart_vendor_id in your virtuemart_customs table should be 0 but in your case it is 1 and that is the reason related products are not added. CSVI checks with virtuemart_vendor_id value 0 which is the default value in VirtueMart installation. Do you know how the value has changed from 0 to 1? Can you change virtuemart_vendor_id to 0 and then run the import?

I changed to 0 and it works perfectly, I dont know why that field had been changed. I also found it strange it updated the other products a part from brother..!
But the good is its fixed, thannks for your time and assistance. :)
