Resolved question for import of J2Store/J2Commerce articles

Hi,
one more general question.
When I want to import J2Store/J2Commerce products:
1. do I have to import first the joomla article and in a second import the J2Store product?
2. Or can I import the J2Store product and the Joomla article is created automatically?
Which fields would I need?

  • category_path
  • alias
  • sku
  • title
  • price
  • ...

Hi Sigrid,

You do not need to import the Joomla articles, they will be created when you import your products. Only the sku field is required but you can read about it in the J2Store product import what more you can use and there is an example file.

The fields you have mentioned are a good start. This also depends on what info you need to import for your products of course.
