Hi, i have problem .

When i import products from CSVI i dont see product in page : http://elisakity.itemedia.sk/produkty

I must manual save product and after i see product.

can you help me fix it ? thanks

Use the published field and set it to Y. This way you tell VM that the product is published.

I'm all be published. And i have published column in import file.
Products are also in the VM and the Custom Filter Pro. Except not shown on the category page.

When I click VM in the administration of the product and immediately click Save product is already appearing on the category page.

One more question, are you using SEF URLs on your site? If so, it is the caching system that prevents the product from showing up instantly. By saving the product via VM, the cache is refreshed and that is why you would see that. I see no issues with your file or import run.

So you would need to refresh the cache or turn of SEF to see the product immediately.

Hi , yes i´m using SEF url .

I turn off sef url in joomla and VM too but the problem still persists.

i dont using joomla cache. How i can fix it ?

Hello,

So I found where the issue is. The field shopper_group_name has an invalid value. You have set it to star and this shopper group doesn't exist. If you want to apply the product to all shoppers, simply leave it empty. That should do it.

To correct the import of the products with this wrong shopper group you will need to empty the table virtuemart_product_shoppergroups. That would restore showing the products.

Problem is solved. I had to first delete all previously recorded Products
