That makes sense, this will stop the maintenance. It seems you have old and new files mixed. Please uninstall CSVI, so that all files (old and new) are removed and then install CSVI Pro and the CSVI VirtueMart add-on again. Now you should be able to use the maintenance options. Let me know how it goes.

If you search the forum, you will see this error has been talked about many times and there is also the 500 Internal Server Error document. You will need to talk to your host to find the real error.

this is something you would expect to see. The only thing I can think of is that some lost character is in the feedback.
