Price uploading duplicates the price. Override is turned on. Why is this? I have attached pictures of the error. THX!

Where is the debug log and sample of your file? Without I can't tell you why it is duplicated, only that it can't find the existing price.

The first step will be to update CSVI Pro to version 6.3.0, it has an improved mechanism for checking for prices. Then see if the problem still exists.

Go to Maintenance -> Maintenance. Choose VirtueMart in the first dropdown and in the second choose Remove product prices. After that click continue.

If you can't download the package, you have not put in your Download ID in CSVI. I am quite surprised you don't know where to download CSVI because you did download it before :) At the top of this page you can see the menu and it says Downloads, click that and then click CSVI Pro to get the CSVI Pro download. Also you need to update your VirtueMart add-on. You can find that at Downloads -> CSVI Pro Extensions.

Check if you have set the database type to MySQLi in the System -> Global Configuration -> Server. If this is already set to MySQLi then you need to check with your host what the real error is. More information is in the Internal server error document.

Update the VirtueMart add-on, after that import your file and if the price is not updated, post the import file and debug log.

No need to re-install CSVI. The privileges set to 777 is really bad, you open the site to the whole world. They should be 755, it should then be an issue of how the server is setup in terms of user privileges. The files belong to a different user than your webserver uses. That is something only your host can fix.

As for the prices issue, please post the last debug log and file you used, so I can compare them.
