HI all,
I have a problem with the PhocaCart Import plugin.
First let me state these facts: Everything works for Virtuemart Import on the same server, same everything, so as far as I know the PHP is set correctly, all the files are there, etc.
But for some reason when I try the same with PhocaCart plugin I just get the dreaded 500 error.
I tried everything, setting the PHP to almost no limits, setting it from version 7 to now 8.1, updating, reinstalling everything from scratch, new import templates, pure joomla install with nothing added and... nothing. I also checked the error logs but that's where my knowledge stops.
So I need some support regarding this. I tried searching the forum but I guess no one has this problem and the documentation is a bit lacking as the links for the test csv file and video are not working.
Also the language translations for english are not working in the admin area and i got some errors from joomla while installing the packages.
Please help. Thank you.
PHP is 8.1
Joomla 4.2.6

Hello,
Thank you for posting the details. I was able to see these issues. Please load the attached patch file and run the import. See if import goes without error. Patch file should also fix the missing language strings.
Let me know on how it goes.

Hello,
From the screenshot I see that 3000 records have been imported without any problem. The record which is throwing error should be having null value for image in import file. To solve this create a RO CSVI Multi replace rule to Find null value and replace it with empty. See attached screenshot. Apply this rule on image field in template fields. Run import and check.

Thanks, I'll try that.
i do have one more question (as I am cheking everything) about Cutom Fields in Phocacart. Are they recognized for import as custom fields for VM?
I tried adding a custom field and updating fields in CVSI but when i try to select them for import template, they are not found. Is this a bug or is it not implemented (yet I hope) ?
