Resolved Not working

This is some odd behavior we have not seen before. Do you get redirected to the homepage when you go to Components -> RO CSVI -> Available Fields and click on Update?

Under "templates" -> redirect to index.php with the error message.

Which error message is that because your screenshots do not show the Joomla control panel where you say you are redirected to.

The message about the list of available fields being out-of-date is just to remind you to update it so all fields will be available. Now, there is a second error, which is more important which will stop the indexing and might be the reason you see the message for com_categories.

So let's first look at the error message about the custom fields in VirtueMart. Do you have 2 or more custom fields that are called Moms 25%? That is what the error is saying because RO CSVI can only handle unique custom field names because if there are 2 or more and you want to import or export a field called Moms 25%, RO CSVI will not know which one to use.

Let us know what you can find out about the Moms 25% and we can take it from there.

Under "Templates", "Maintenance" and "Available Fields there is a red message:
"The list of available fields is out-of-date for extension com_categories. Update the list to ensure you have all fields available."

If I click this link, it's redirecting to the frontend Home Page with the message: Ungültiger Controller: name='availablefields', format=''
Ungültiger Controller is german and means “Invalid controller”

If I click under "Available Fields" on top on update (the button, not the link in the message) then the error message is "Duplicate entry 'Moms 25%-order-com_virtuemart-export' for key 'component_name_table'" But it loaded the fields, I think all fields are there. Don't know exactly, in this list are 883 fields...


I don't have any categories named Moms or a custom field with this name. It's a new installation, (about a month) I don't have Joomla article categories, just uncategorized articles and I have a lot of Virtuemart categories. But nothing with Moms.. Custom fields I have some which I use and there are some examples, I didn't delete.

I can make a new template. This works. But I want to load an example template for Google Merchants. This is because I bought this. I read in different places that rocsvi is useful for this...

Addendum: I was able to load the sample templates now. But not with the link in the error message. Under "Maintenance" it was possible to load the example templates.

I found it! Search in mysql helped: Moms 25% Mervärdesskatt and moms 25% Meromsætningsafgift (VAT rates for Sweden and Denmark, I think)
I have a plugin for IOSS that imports with one click the EU VAT rates to the VAT in Virtuemart.

These are VAT rates in the table: ashopvirtuemart_calcs

The QQ in the link is the problem. This comes from translation files. There was a user with same issue in links. You can read the discussion here.

Glad to know you found the problem. With Order template we also add calculation rules as available fields. That is the reason you see duplicate entry error.
