Hello,
Hope someone can help me as I have been tearing my hair out all morning trying every combination of this I can think of.
Attached is a very simple import csv import file, log file, custom fields screenshot and another screenshot of the csvi fields.
I am trying to import a few products with 2 multi variants - size and width. The size displays and works fine but the Width dropdown is empty.
url of test product: http://www.fenixxcell.com.gridhosted.co.uk/mens-shoes/my-first-parent-product-detail
I am using Joomla 3.7.2, Virtuemart 3.2.2 and CSVI Pro 7.2.3
Any help much appreciated. Thanks

Hello,
There is an issue with your import file, you have multi variant field values for child products too. Please check the example given in Multi variant import document. Correct the import file and run the import again. If you still have issues post the latest debug log of the import.

Hello,
Your import file is good, i dont see any issues with it. You have posted screenshot on Options multi variant custom field. Can you also post screenshot on how you have Size and Width custom fields set up in VirtueMart custom fields page?

Hello,
Yes the values are imported correct. If you see your frontend link sent in your previous post you would see the width field populated once you select the Size options.

oh dear - my mistake, I was selecting the second dropdown without choosing an initial value from the first. Lesson learned, thanks for all your help!
