Subject: Issue with importing photos in news posts

Dear Sir or Madam,

We are experiencing an issue with importing photos into our news articles. In some environments it works correctly, but in others it does not.

One example where it goes wrong is the following environment:
https://etten-leurbusinessplaza.nl/nieuws

The image is displayed, but in the folder where the image should be located, the filename is incorrect. Instead of just the original filename, it includes extra parameters, such as: _width_1280_height_783

/images/news/computer-7718768_1280.jpg_width_1280_height_783

We are wondering what causes this issue. Could it be related to the RO CSVI Multiple Replace plugin see screenshots?

We would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved.

Hello,
Debug log helped. I see that you are importing image from remote URL which is from Joomla custom field. An example URL of image is https://bpn.yoursite.nl/images/nieuws/pexels-lukas-590041.jpg#joomlaImage://local-images/nieuws/pexels-lukas-590041.jpg?width=6144&height=4069. If you see you just need a part of image URL https://bpn.yoursite.nl/images/nieuws/pexels-lukas-590041.jpg and everything after # can be ignored and still image can be processed. To do that you can use the below Regular expression in RO CSVI Multireplace Find and Replace operation.See attached screenshot. Apply this rule on the image field and run the import. That should solve the issue.
