Hi. I'm trying to set up a process so that we can bulk change lots of product prices in j2store.

I've tried doing this a number of ways and as far as I can see i have set everything up correctly, but when I get to the point of doing the import, the website shows me a greyed out screen and it just sits there for a long time (i'm only importing a file with 1 line as an example to test so it shouldn't take very long!) - I can click on the screen and the greyed out goes away, and i can then click on toolbox and cancel.

I've attached the log file which doesn't show any errors along with the file I'm trying to import - I've also tried doing this as a custom table import on the j2store_variants table, with the fields j2store_variant_id and price, which I know would work as a direct sql update in the database but the same thing happens.

Thanks

Hello,
Looks like something is blocking the import in RO CSVI. Two things to check

1. Do you have any firewall installed on your site? Check if that is blocking RO CSVI to run.
2. You can also check if you are having any Javascript errors with your import. Have a look at Using Firefox web console to analyse problem document to capture any Javascript errors. Please post a screenshot on what you see on console tab.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
Yes the error is the reason for import to not run. RO CSVI is trying to run the import using the import URL but it is not able to reach the URL and shows 404 error. Do you have security plugins like Admin Tools or any other installed?
Kind regards,

Tharuna
