Resolved import template load fom ftp server

Hello!!
We are working with a import template type load from server and it is working well, but we need to delete file after import.It does not work.
Another question, previosuly we intent to import with a template ftp server, The test FTP details answers FTP connection is successful, but the import is not possible: " COM_CSVI_CANNOT_READ_FROM_FTP"

Hello,

Did you try setting "Delete after import" option to Yes in edit template settings? if yes, Can you send the debug log so i can check why this is happening?

Another question, previosuly we intent to import with a template ftp server, The test FTP details answers FTP connection is successful, but the import is not possible: " COM_CSVI_CANNOT_READ_FROM_FTP"

The possible reason could be that file is not set in correct path or permission issue for the folder in which the file is kept. Can you check on both of these?
