Hello,
This error appears when a server abruptly drops a connection instead of closing it properly. Does the import start and you get this error in between the import or error appears before the start of import? Also are you importing images from remote server? If yes try import without images and see if it finishes without the error.

Hello,
Then you should check with server from where you download images. As you said import has been working over a year and now suddenly there is an error so it has nothing to do with RO CSVI.

Hello,
Updating RO CSVI won't help if the problem is with images from vendor.
No, 404 on image URLs won't stop the import. It will log the details and move on with next product. It must be something else.
Can you post the template XML, import file and latest import debug log to check? To get the debug log see How to collect debug information? document. To get the template XML file from RO CSVI templates list page select the import template and click on Backup templates button. Post the downloaded XML file.

Hello,
User agent is a setting in RO CSVI configuration page. You can change it there. We will update it in upcoming RO CSVI release.
