Hello,
Then you should check with server from where you download images. As you said import has been working over a year and now suddenly there is an error so it has nothing to do with RO CSVI.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
This error appears when a server abruptly drops a connection instead of closing it properly. Does the import start and you get this error in between the import or error appears before the start of import? Also are you importing images from remote server? If yes try import without images and see if it finishes without the error.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
