Hi,
So far I solved( a lot) :D
I uoload a excelfile with a form to a specific folder --> works
The I run the import cron -- Works
but:.
everytime I upload the file again, run the import cron, it does not override( should!) so I have double articles.

My customer has a excllist with products.
This products will change, some new ones, some no more availlable. (This I solved with state = 0 --> works)

But how can I avoid double entries?!

Please give me a hint:-)
Thanks Klaus

Hello Klaus,

everytime I upload the file again, run the import cron, it does not override( should!) so I have double articles.
Have a look at the Joomla Content Import article. It explains that the required fields are alias and category_path, if these do not match RO CSVI will create a new article. RO CSVI uses these two fields to find any existing entries. So that is something you can check in your setup.

Do not hesitate to ask us any further questions that may come up.
Kind regards,

RolandD
