Resolved Import Custom fields

Hello,

I read the instructions 20 times and I still cannot make it work :)

I'm attaching:
1) A screenshot showing my product with a custom field named 'Logo print Colors'. Under this Title there are 5 different values.
2) The CSV file before import
3) CSVI-Pro settings before running the 'Process'
4) The Error message after Running the 'Process'
5) The empty Error Log

What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

Screenshot 5 is probably the most tell-tale sign of an incompatibility. The field custom_value no longer exists since VirtueMart 2.9.2. The screenshot tells me you are using an older version of CSVI, so you will have to either downgrade VirtueMart or upgrade CSVI.

Hi, I just downloaded the CSVI Pro V5.21.2 and updating the Custom fields worked 1st try! I can't believe I spent all this time trying to make it work when all I needed was an update! :)

Anyway, I still have 1 more question.

Inside my CSV file i have the Custom-field values placed in the order I want but when I run the CSVI it puts the Custom Fields Values in a mixed order (see attached screenshots)

Hello,

I can't believe I spent all this time trying to make it work when all I needed was an update!
It's good practice to use up-to-date versions of everything.

i have the Custom-field values placed in the order I want
As you want but not how the database wants ;) Check the Product import with custom fields documentation. At the bottom it is explained how to do the ordering.
