Hello Sam,
Do your import with only a few products to get a smaller debug log file and so you can attach it here.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello Sam,
The first thing i noticed in your CSV file is that the file_url and file_url_thumb has some invalid characters in the image name. Is your file UTF-8 encoded? You need to check on that before running the import.

Other thing is that you are trying to import products and its images to new VirtueMart version, the default path for images in new version is images/stories/virtuemart/product/ but you have old VirtueMart location in your import file. All you need to do is that change the image location in your import file according to new VirtueMart version and then run the import. Also make sure that you have these images uploaded to images/stories/virtuemart/product/ location before running the import.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello Tharuna,
Please, where can I check if the file UTF-8 encoded?
And where can I change the image location in the import file? You mean CSVI file from the old site?

Kind regards,

Sam

Hello Sam,
Please, where can I check if the file UTF-8 encoded?

Please check Save a CSV file as UTF-8 encoded document. You can then use CSVI Analyser to check your file. Analyser will show you invalid characters if your file is still not UTF-8 encoded.

And where can I change the image location in the import file? You mean CSVI file from the old site?

Yes the file from your old site which you are using for import. You need to change image location for file_url and file_url_thumb fields in that file before running the import.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello Sam,
Your debug log says your images are imported good and so i had a look into your site to check. I looked for one product with product_sku 356 and i see the images are also shown good. Can you explain on the issue you are having now?
Kind regards,

Tharuna

I receive thir error message as the attachment when I import all products, I am sure I set the images url ''images/stories/virtuemart/product/ '' and not
''/images/stories/virtuemart/product/images/vm/product/''

Thanks,

Hello Sam,
The error is because you don't have thumbnail created for your image. You have set Automatic thumbnail creation setting to No in your template settings. In your import template settings on Images tab set Automatic thumbnail creation to Yes and then run the import again. This would solve this error. If you still have issues, post the debug log of latest import.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
